Régine Chassagne, Win Butler & Richard Reed Parry of Arcade Fire will return to the stage in Montreal next month, performing at a benefit event called Kanaval KANPE on February 19th at Société Des Arts Technologiques (SAT). The KANPE program — co-founded by Chassagne — seeks to aid poverty in Haiti by integrating health, nutrition, housing, education, agriculture & leadership, while events like the upcoming show celebrate the country’s vibrant culture.

Chassagne will co-host the event and perform with her bandmates, while Talking Heads frontman David Byrne, The Office star Rainn Wilson, Gardy Fury, Preservation Hall Jazz Band and Saul Williams will also perform. More artists are expected to be announced.

Tickets are $45 and can be purchased HERE.

Arcade Fire have also announced shows at European festivals NOS Alive in Portugal (July 9th) and Bilbao BBK Live in Spain (July 7th-9th).

Earlier this month, the band paid tribute to David Bowie with a memorial parade in New Orleans, where Preservation Hall Jazz Band and costumed Bowie fans joined them to sing many of the rock star’s classic songs. Bowie had been one of their biggest fans and had made some of his final stage appearances a decade ago with the band.
